298 Dede Griesbauer - Ultraman Florida Champion and World Record - a podcast by Rob Wilby

Dede Griesbauer won Ultraman Florida in February 2020, breaking the women’s Ultraman world-best by over an hour, and finishing 2nd overall. Dede has won three Ironman titles, including Ironman UK in 2006, and finished top 10 Kona three times. She also won numerous 70.3 titles. As well as competing and winning at the highest level, she now spends some of her time commentating on Ironman races around the world.
