I explore a topic I’m all too familiar with. In this episode, I discuss the concept of optimizing for happiness in the journey, not the destination. I propose this idea of loving what you do rather than doing something you don’t enjoy hoping that where it takes you will bring the missing happiness. It’s a little counterintuitive, so I use plenty of stories as examples.
