In this episode I chat with Rachel Johnson, founder of Ah.mi - an online health club community that provides access to helpful digital resources, expert guidance from an RD, a group chat area, and a community that shares and encourages your health journey. As a full time corporate lawyer, business owner and mom of two, Rachel started ah.mi  after wanting to get healthy for good after her second baby, but she couldn't find a company that spoke her language. So, she started it on her own. What started as a group text has grown into an innovative health and wellness company on a mission to make healthy living realistic and doable for all. ah.mi's Le Health Club is a virtual health club membership that emphasizes community support and gives you the tools and resources to get healthy, for good.
