This pregnancy JSJ self-care guided meditation helps calm down your nervous system quickly and safely and will stop that rush of adrenaline. This quick practice will reset mind and body and will physically help stop adrenaline from pumping as well as balance hormones . After this practice, I am thinking more clearly in operating from a space of responses instead of reactions. Focusing on breath is one of the most important parts of labor and delivery, and my meditations will help you learn a new way of focusing on your out-breath. After a while of practicing these meditations, you will notice you are also aware of your in-breath too without any effort.
