In today's JSJ guided meditation for pregnancy, I focus on cultivating feelings of love while practicing the JSJ main central vertical flow. Focusing on images and ideas of love during pregnancy can cultivate a wonderful bond between you and your unborn baby. I believe the baby can literally feel the energy and love feel comforted by it. The main central vertical within the JSJ community is the most important flow, as our body's 144,000 functions stem from this flow. This meditation could be utilized at any point in pregnancy to bring some balance back into your day, to wake up in the morning, or to easily fall asleep at night. This is a versatile flow to be practiced no matter what you're experiencing. Having anxiety during pregnancy? Depression? Worry? Fear? Sleepless nights? Overwhelm? Frustrated? Feeling nauseous? Mental exhaustion? You name it, and this JSJ meditation can help bring you and your baby back into a state of wellness and balance so you are able to take the next steps during your day with more peace, confidence, and love.
