I was feeling very frustrated (aka mental stress) this morning because day three of potty training is not going as planned. As usual, many things in life happen where things don’t go our way. Pregnant women tend to have high emotional levels and may get frustrated easily, feel like a failure, or feel overwhelmed. I know I feel an immense drive to fix things, or feel like I need instant gratification, or feel like maybe if I continue focusing on and trying to solve the problem I will be able to fix. All these things are continuousworks in progress for me, because I know exactly what to do to feel better and help my body and mind get back to a joyous and balanced state. These JSJ holds in this episode help aid in allowing me to mentally let go of analyzing things. I also use emotional freedom techniques, helpful visualizations, and affirmations to help shift myself quickly and easily out of feeling angry that my plans didn’t go as expected. Enjoy and let the deep breathing and letting go begin!
