I was feeling very empty this morning. So this spontaneous JSJ guided meditation for pregnant women was aimed to help bring me out of my “funk” today and just be happy and be in the moment. These particular JSJ holds help balance endocrine systems as well as hormones. The holds also help relieve emotions of “trying to hard” and disappointment or sadness. This is a great meditation for when you’re feeling blah and want to regain awareness of the joy and abundance in life. This meditation will also help lift your mood in general and feel so much more connected with yourself, your body, and your baby.
