Letting Go of Fear - Focus on Breath Exhalation - a podcast by Katie Falk
from 2021-01-31T22:10:42.023393
This spontaneous JSJ guided meditation was created for me to release fear, more specifically the emotions of fear, and everything that can bring. For me, when I release fear I like to focus on surrendering my control and trusting in the process of life. Releasing emotions is not always comfortable, but the more I practice, the more I can tune into what it feels like to let go. These particular JSJ holds are very useful for releasing fear, as well as helping your lung function energy pathways. When we’re pregnant, sometimes it can be hard to breathe because we have a baby pushing on our diaphragm as well as a lower oxygen level in our lungs. The second hold I practice in this flow will help revitalize your lungs and help you breathe deeply and more fully.
