This spontaneous meditation was a continuation of the previous episode when I simply focused on breathing and holding wrists to calm my nervous system. After this physical relaxation process, I begin by starting a very relaxing and healing JSJ flow, along with affirmations, positive thought, and emotional field therapy techniques to connect deeper to my inner self and just experience what it might feel like to focus on breath. This JSJ flows are called the supervisors flows, and they help with relieve tension all over the body, promotes relaxation, and for me, provides a “reboot” type of feeling. It’s a great flow to practice during pregnancy and can help aid in relieving physical discomforts for you and your baby.
