Being stuck at home can make us all feel a bit cooped up. Many of us are in “project mode” trying to get through it or maybe your constantly entertaining yourself with your phone, movies, music, etc. Or maybe you’re busy with all your kiddos and trying to keep them happy. This JSJ flow helps us calm our nerves (literally helps stop the production of adrenaline) while providing a natural energy boost. For me, this flow helps calm my body as well as my whirlwind of thoughts and just provides an overall happier feeling within. This flow is amazing for our immune systems too (which is always a good thing when pregnant).
