I woke up today in a bad mood, and no matter what I did, I couldn’t pull myself out of it. I was just feeling very disconnected and very bored and very unhappy with this quarantine life. I even had a little bit of alone time, connected with friends on social media, and journaled. All of those things helped, but I ultimately knew I just needed to lay down and practice this meditation. This particular flow is a JSJ self-care hold that helps eight of the 10 organ function energy flows. This particular meditation helps during all stages of pregnancy. It also helps relieve depression, sadness, and grief. This flow also helps aid our breathing—which is always important for everybody!
