During this time of quarantine, I am pulled to my phone much more than I used to be. I usually am not a big social media person, but the Marco Polo app has me sucked in. It’s starting to affect my happiness level and my daughters happiness level in not-so-good ways. This meditation was to pull me away from constantly checking my phone and keeping busy. I didn’t feel like doing anything and feel very scatterbrained. This 30 minute JSJ self care guided meditation always helps me feel more grounded and less “all over the place”. Plus, as always, this flow is amazing for pregnant women. I personally would use this flow every day starting a week before my due date.
