Being back your main focuses today: rest, hydration, nourishment, and self-care. Uplug from tech and take a moment to just be with yourself, your breath, and your baby. When my system gets all revved up from being constantly “tuned into” and “on” my phone, I lose sight of the things I’m currently focusing on in my life. When I’m constantly on my phone, I forget about what I’m trying to grow and cultivate in my life. It’s so nice to be able to just relax, take a break, focus on breathing, and then get back to my day with a more refreshed and focused perspective.
