Caytie Langford is a public speaker, executive coach, podcast host of Confidence with Caytie, and fire starter. Why a fire starter, you ask? Caytie listens to the personal and professional goals of ambitious, savvy women, then hands them a match and helps them LIGHT. IT. UP.

Caytie’s namesake St. Catherine of Siena (pronounced see-in-uh) was right when she said, “Be who you were created to be and set the world on fire.” As it turns out, helping you find and live your true passion is exactly what Caytie was created to do. She is a coach who loves to strategize, and is a natural cheerleader for you and your unique gifts. You’ll never hear Caytie sugarcoat the truth. She’s bold and cares deeply for the people she serves.

But Caytie wasn’t always so clear about her passion and her purpose. Before she became a coach, she spent far too many days crying in her corner office and hating her career. She knew she wanted more, but she didn’t know exactly what that looked like.

Now, she serves people who are exactly where she was–crying in their cubicles and wanting more–more freedom, more money, more balance, or more potential. They might know exactly what more looks like, or they might not. Caytie helps my clients get really clear on what they want, then she gives them the tools to build their confidence and belief so they go out and get it!
