Today we’ll be cultivating ease. That feeling of: "All is well. I can relax. I trust in the universal flow. I am supported. This is easy."
By deliberately cultivating ease, you'll allow greater flow in your life. Things that came difficult before will now flow effortlessly into your experience. In a state of ease, you are in harmony with the Universe and all the energy and resources of creation.
