Daily living meditations are designed to help you take the principles and practice of meditation into your daily life! They're created to be listened to with your eyes open as do simple tasks such as cleaning, cooking, getting ready for the day, or exercising. 


Today our theme is Serenity; that feeling of sublime stillness in the midst of motion.


Think of serenity as your base state of being. If there are no distractions or interference in your field - you exist in a state of sublime peace and inner stillness, even in the midst of activity.


Serenity is not something you need to create or seek as it is always present in each and every moment. If you pause for a moment in stillness and release thought, you will see that serenity is everywhere :)
