Sometimes you gotta go a little crazy to stay sane. In this meditation, I invite you to go buck wild! Dance, flail, shout, curse, move primally, contort your face and body - essentially - be a living wildness incarnate.


To do this, I’ll offer you prompts as ideas for how to move and express, know these are just ideas to get the juices flowing for what’s possible.


If any prompt I offer sounds like it could cause pain or injury to you and your body, skip it and express yourself in whatever way is coming up for you naturally. Make it your own!
