This was supposed to be published on Monday, but doe to all the craziness surrounding Greg Glassman and the brand of CrossFit, I pushed it to Wednesday morning. 

In this episode we had a really fun conversation with one of our Ex members Justin Brandt. Before Covid19 Lockdown Justin has been training in a box in Sun-Francisco, but now stays and trains at his parents home in Minnesota, kilometres away from Minneapolis: City where George Floyd was murdered.\It was very interesting to hear how he had to adjust his training, while living in a small apartment, how he motivated himself to keep going, and his take on the current events around the Black Lives Matter movement.
