Selfless giving, wellbeing and body image with Josh Pierce (interview) - Dr Viv | #11 - a podcast by Dr Vivian O. Ikem

Many of us are so conscious of our bodies and how we look that we often don’t realise we actually are or the impact it can have on our mental health and wellbeing. A couple of months ago, Josh donated one of his kidneys to his dad in love, not realising the impact it will have on his body and his feelings of masculinity.

In this episode of Reset with Dr Viv’s Everyday People Inspiring Hope, I talk with Josh about the kidney donation journey, the impact it’s had on his body and body image, his brother’s suicide, vulnerability and much more.
