If there is one thing which is almost inevitable in the life of every gym-goer, it will have to be injuries.

For the past decade, I subjected my body and my mind to hours of gruelling sessions.

Looking back to my early years of training, I remember the feeling of growing muscle and strength as the sessions piled on. It was all well and good until I picked up a back injury. I had never felt this kind of pain before. Five years and 1560 hours of training later, I was back to square one.
