One of the greatest books ever written is "How to Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. In chapter 9, on page 167 Dale writes, "I don't blame you one iota for feeling as you do. If I were you I would undoubtedly feel just as you do". That is the basis for this episode on sympathy.
