I have been doing yoga on a regular basis for about 18 months now. It has helped to re-strengthen my body, along with my mind. After over a decade of lifting weights I realized there were many weak spots in my body that were not being addressed, and yoga has helped to improve or fix many of these areas.

Erin Myers teaches yoga in downtown Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. We had an awesome conversation on her history with her yoga practice and her mission to train and help others grow stronger, both mentally and physically.

Harlequin Pepper Yoga was founded on the belief that yoga is for all. At HPY they offer a vinyasa style of yoga rooted in science that focuses on functional movement and anatomical alignment, while combining traditional yoga philosophy and creative movement appropriate for all levels of practitioners - kids and seniors too!
