Today I’m back with Jess Dunsmore, one of the athletes I coach at the Run Culture Owls! Jess featured in the very first episode of the Run Culture Podcast, so for a refresher be sure to listen to that one. Jess is only 1 yr out of school and in his first yr studying engineering at University. He recently ran an amazing Pb of 69:52 at the Victorian Half marathon Championships in Burnley! An effort that definately justified getting him back on the coach to have a chat! Today we talk about, his training for this event and his aims for the front end of the track season! Enjoy
