In this episode, we had the honor and pleasure to speak with two-time author and mental health advocate, Rachel Ann Cullen.  Rachel shares how running helped her navigate bipolar disorder, depression, an abusive relationship, and body dysmorphia.  She shares why she decided to run her first marathon, the London Marathon, seven months after she gave birth to her child, and how that experience changed her life forever.  Rachel also shares how she took nearly an hour off her marathon time to achieve a 3:!6 marathon PR, and how she learned the consequences and signs of overtraining.
