I realise I am not a light (or short) runner and this must affect my shoes too?My question is which shoes you would recommend I run in – so I get maximum mileage, but also so I run with shoes that are best for my height/weight (in terms of preventing injuries, etc)?If you would like to read the transcript of this interview, click here.If you have a question you would like us to answer, please feel free to ask it on our brand new forum.
