Today’s question comes from Tracey Muller:Hi Lindsey, thank you for the informative (albeit terrifying!) talk in East London. I have a quick query….as you mentioned all of our runs here are pretty hilly and I’m considering easing up on formal hill repeats due to the injury risk. What sort of distance (or time) run should I do instead to replace the hill session? I’ve been following your bronze training programme. Also with regards to strength training, have I left it too late to benefit from regular strength training or is it still worthwhile to fit in a few sessions a week? (It will unfortunately be starting from scratch!).If you have a question you would like us to answer, please feel free to ask it on our brand new forum. We get many questions every through the website that we can’t answer on the podcast, but if you ask it in the forum we will be more than willing to answer it for you there.
