Celestial Meditation is about entering our Sacred Rest, the very peace of God. It is an experience where we observe our authentic true self. You will ‘see’ your dreams and your heart’s ❤️ desires, your successes and your abundant living. Meditation works from the inside out. In other words you experience the Kingdom of God which is in you. We may have believed in the past that we could not quiet our minds and enter into the peace of God. That is a lie. It is a limiting belief. You can and you will if you simply follow this simple guided meditation. I will help you with the ‘how to’. Through the personal study and practice of many meditations and teachings I have selected TWO PRINCIPLES. Number 1. Intuition. - follow your heart Number 2. Simplicity - if it seems too hard, too difficult - IT IS😜 I rest with inner vision and I allow myself to feel deeply, using an inner smile to crate happiness and joyful emotions. So today’s meditation will introduce you once more to your authentic self. You will love what you see. You will feel and experience WHAT your true self feels and experiences. Observe the colors you wear, your hairstyle so many wonderful things about your perfect self and you will BE PRESENT in each moment holding joy and exhilaration for life in your heart.
