Everything we need we have. Today’s meditation to Brighten Your Day is looking within and releasing our desires for this day. Meditation is about bringing our complete body into a relaxed state. Within this relaxed state our hormones that produce happiness and joy are sent to our cells. The hormone Cortisol, no longer pollutes the cells with “fight and flight” messages, it ceases to be produced. Now we can have a Happy Thought! 😃. Like a bottle of fine champagne the bubbles are on the inside and once we pop the cork BAM we release what’s always been. So without further ado.
