Heartfelt GPS Meditation - How can we redirect our thoughts to good things? How do we change the program on the subconscious mind and give it a positive message? I call this our Heartfelt GPS and it is our feelings. When you think a thought you have a feeling about that thought. That feeling is either in agreement with the thought or maybe quite the opposite. Let me give an example. Let’s say you tell yourself you’ll be very successful today. And you’re using that in an affirmation. But inside you have doubts an inner voice says you will never be successful, you wonder why you would even say such a ridiculous thing as that. This is called heart and mind incongruency. You have created Energy waves that are out of sync or splattering all over and are useless to attract any good thing. In fact your energy will attract a very unsuccessful day filled with disappointment that ‘the inner voice’ says is also your fault.
