L-4 Where Your Attention Goes Energy Flows Meditation Episode 76 - a podcast by Sue Ellen Jones

EVERYTHING IS ENERGY. You and I, the table I am sitting at, the floor, our houses and building, plants, animals, planets, space and God, God is ALL ENERGY. As a kid in Sunday school we used to sing the chorus, “This Little Light of Mine I’m Gonna Let It Shine.” Haha, turns out this little light is a million billion megawatts of energy, it’s God Himself shining through us as us. This infinite Source of power is within each and everyone of us. Subtle Body Energy has been taught for centuries by eastern religions. Jesus himself was middle eastern and many things he taught could easily be seen through the understanding of energy. Westerners tend to minimize mystery and miracles because they are not experiencing them so they reason miracles and mystery must have been for another time. But just because we are not experiencing something does not negate it as true. You could have a million dollars in the bank, never use it, never experience the benefit of a million dollars, that doesn’t change the facts that you have a million dollars in your account. Christianity is right about a lot of the story but is missing some ancient bits of wisdom. Most importantly, we all come from an energy field. In the church that is called God. God is LOVE. Therefore we all come from love. We are all connected, the church records Jesus' teaching we are all one with the Father. Here is the great divide. If we are one then we cannot be us and Him, we cannot be separated. We are ONE or we are not. If we ARE ONE what does that mean? It means we are just like HIM. Isn’t that what Christianity also teaches? We are made in the image of God. God is love, God made all things, God is energy. So we are energy too. Why is that important? Because that makes us co-creators with God. In other words, stop blaming the devil and every other thing for your life. Take responsibility and begin creating. We have the power within us to speak life. The bible says,

”Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”

Let’s acknowledge our divine origin and use our God-given talents to intentionally create goodness. Acknowledge that your mind is the Mother of All Computers and imagine and see with your mind's eye your desires. Acknowledge the power of the Secret Place, the Sacred Silence to access our Subtle Energy Body and use it to attract all the wonderful possibilities into our physical world. It is absolutely true that

"As a man thinks, in his heart, so is he.” 

How can we begin? Use the many, many practices that quiet and open our minds to higher thinking, God’s thoughts. Practices that re-program negative, limiting beliefs and create new, higher thinking, higher energy beliefs. Use Prayer, Meditation, Yoga, QiGong, Essential Oils and EFT to name only a few.  If you seek to change different aspects of your life or the life of a loved one you will be much more successful if you use energy. Diet and exercise help, they work and it will take time. Energy can work NOW. It you think about it from a Christian view Jesus used energy and Jesus got INSTANT results. He could perceive energy that left his body. He could disappear in a crowd, he could heal now, he could restore life. These are all possibilities in the spirit realm, in the realm of energy. From day one we have been complete and whole. We are the seed planted in the earth and all of life is within us. Meditation and prayers should always include thankfulness for YOU, appreciating that YOU are a wonderful, complete and loving person. How do I know that? 

Because God, our Father, made you and e don’t make no junk!. 😊
