Ever have one of those days? Maybe it’s your life? Or a circumstance? Meditation can definitely help us face disappointments in life. Firstly it offers us a calming influence to our mind and our nerves. It then allows us to face our disappointment and let them go. Yes it does look a bit like a hot air balloon rising. 😊 But I see it as a fflow a river, carrying disappointment away. The river I believe, is God’s river of life and God is constantly abiding, He is the flow, He is the river. As we begin to see our disappointment passing along we will also then be able to pick new possibilities. Because what? That’s right, God is the God of possibilities. He is the God of the IMpossible in fact. So join me today won’t you and let’s face our fears and disappointments and let them go, and experience a new thing.
