Today we will give ourselves a dose of Loving Friendliness and Love. We will share that love to the other.Follow these note suggestions if you've never done this before. 



  1.  Find a place to sit comfortably to gently breathe in and out 3 times. 

  2.  Place your mind on the words Loving Friendliness 

  3. See the words Loving Friendliness in your mind 

  4. Hear the words  

  5. Feel the words -  do this for five minutes feeling your own heart filling with Loving Friendliness.

  6. After we have filled our heart with Loving Friendliness  we will continue to pour out Loving Friendliness from our heart to the other. 

  7. Think of someone in your world that is difficult, pushes your buttons. 

  8. What wonderful qualities does this person have? Are they generous? Are the talented, can they sing,  sew, garden, run? Think on their virtues for the next five minutes spilling Loving Friendliness all over them INTENTIONALLY. 

  9. And we will finish today with great thankfulness, gratefulness for all we have achieved in the spirit through self-love and and sharing our abundance with others especially those who desperately need unconditional love and acceptance.
