Moving Meditation Episode 79


Some of us learn kinesthetically, we learn best by moving. Maybe this is new to you, great, something new is always good. Today you will want to stand or sit for our practice. I will be guiding you and will give you the summary here.



  1. Stand or sit

  2. Take 3 gentle, cleansing breaths

  3. Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your shoulders. Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your shoulders. Do that 3 times.

  4. Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your spine. Do that 3 times.Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your shoulders. Do that 3 times.

  5. Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your hips. Do that 3 times.Take a breath in and visualize deep relaxation coming in. Breathe out and send this relaxation to your shoulders. Do that 3 times.

  6. MOVING MEDITATION; Raise your arms over your head making a circle around your head. While doing that see the LIGHT, LIFE AND LOVE OF GOD being gathered in your arms and around your head.

  7. Bring your hands S.L.O.W.L.Y. down around your head, washing the light, life and love of God over your head, keep going past your shoulders, chest, lungs, heart, and abdomen. End by letting your hands rest by your side.

  8. Do that again only this time we will keep going down the outside of our thigh, knee, calf, ankle and foot. Then return up on the INSIDE of your leg, past your foot, calf, knee, thigh and letting your hands come to rest by your side.

  9. You can repeat this.

  10. Just stand or sit and be still. Feel your body's energy flowing. Now see yourself engulfed in the light ~ life ~ love of God. Use your imagination to see your room filled with the light ~ life ~ love of God. See your neighborhood, city and state filled with the light ~ life ~ love of God. Visualize your light ~ life ~ love of God filling your country. See all our lights merging, ONE BIG LIGHT LIFE AND LOVE OF GOD. See it fill the universe. See yourself in the light ~ life ~ love of God in space. See yourself successful, happy, healthy, abundant, relationally very satisfied. FEEL YOUR PERFECTION ~ YOUR JOY ~ YOUR HEALTH ~ YOUR WEALTH ~ YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS!!!!! DEEPLY FEEL. At this point let yourself go just feel deeply. Your feelings of success, happiness, joy, love, ~ this brings your heart and mind into rhythm, harmony, synchronicity with Divine love. Beating and feeling as one, one with God’s heart. Yes you are experiencing Kingdom love now.
