Put your oils on! 😀 I am using the essential oil Elevation. While sitting by the lake today we will use our imaginations to experience the divine peace of our inner life.. 



  • We will begin by finding a place to sit in the Lotus position or Semi Lotus. 

  • Take three deep cleansing breaths. 

  • Remember to do a body scan. Tell your body to relax.  Relax your neck, shoulders and arms, chest, abdomen, legs and go deeper into relaxation,. Now I will guide you to your lake.

  • To ~ See the grassy field, feel the sand beneath your feet. 

  • ~ Feel the rock that you are sitting on next to the water. 

  • Let your feet dip into the lake water, feel the cool wet water. 

  • Feel the heat of the sun, the breeze on your face. 

  • Observe the blueness of the sky and a blue green color of the water.

  •  Allow your emotions and feelings to be elevated emotions based on happiness, love, enjoy.

  • Let your feelings be the prayer.
