Silence is not empty but is packed with information and possiblities. Silence is filled with energy waves carrying data. Gathering the energy into our energy centers builds us up spiritually, physically and emotionally. Scattered energy is useless. Like a staticky radio signal the music is lost in the ‘noise.’ The music is there but our antenna’s just aren’t positioned to receive it.  Let’s learn to bring the energy home.

Beginning with: What is meditation? Is it a system, a program with protocols to follow, is it a lifestyle, is meditation a form of prayer? Is it difficult and something we have to practice and strive for perfection to achieve success? 0r is it simple enough a child can do it? What does a successful meditation look like? Do we check off the boxes of the methodology then rise from our rest feeling like we accomplished the meditation? Does a successful meditation feel good? Are there sensations in your body, particularly your heart and your mind? When we have finished our daily meditation do we leave it and go about our daily agenda or has our meditation altered, created, changed our expectations to something less known and more open?

Meditation makes us aware of subtle body energy and positions us to receive the energy.  In China they call it Qi, others in western Christianity call it Dunamis power, in Japan they refer to this energy as Prana and still there are many more names. But if you investigate you will find so much similarity.

My thought is we should learn from each other.

Meditation is inner stillness, inner peace, ~ achievable ~ super easy, children can easily meditate ~ for adults, initially a challenge. I don’t practice systems and protocols I practice intuitive following. Prayer and meditation can go together or compliment each other. Prayer makes known the need. Meditation SEES the answered prayer, RELEASES pure faith and belief in the finished work. And above all else meditation is an expression of gratefulness.

Meditation looks like sitting, lying down, or walking. What do you prefer? 🧘🏼‍♂️

Meditation is a passionate desire, a pleasurable experience, a powerful life changing practice. It is not a practice we place on any to do list to be checked off like - do the laundry -✔️.

Every meditation is successful.  Every effort is rewarded. Benefits abound: Health benefits, spiritual revelations, inner peace that passes understanding, ‘knowing’, abundant living, graceful living, personal futures created. Over time, like so many things, we become more intentional, more focused, more QUIET. Sometimes we just need to learn to be kind to ourselves and our efforts.

Feelings of love, joy and peace well up and overflow from your coherent heart and mind to others. Feelings that are accompanied by tingling or heat, amping up our energy frequency of waves of moving Qi energy up and down your physical body via the meridians. These feelings of moving energy have the power to heal; minds, bodies and spirits. Love, joy and peace begin with you and extending to your family, friends and community. Feelings matter and feelings should be exalted, high and lifted up, not depending on circumstances.

Every Meditation creates higher energy for you, your home, environment and the people you love.

Meditation conquers fear because meditation welcomes divine love and these two cannot exist together. . Divine love and energy are the same thing. God is love and love created all things. Once fear is conquered in our hearts and minds and love is flowing freely then supernatural, out of the world experience begin to appear. Shall we . . . .
