A healthy lifestyle is essential to a higher vibrational life. Having said that how to achieve a healthy lifestyle might be accomplished more easily through meditation than essential oils, diet or exercise.  I would suggest incorporating oils, an organic diet and exercise into each and every day to make changes easier. Diet and Exercise will bring about positive energetic change over time.  Essential oils are fairly complex compounds that are highly concentrated to impact our bodies at the cellular level thereby raising our frequency and doing it all safely, again, over time.   Meditation is a pipeline from your mind and heart to the Divine Mind, God, the Source.  Foods and oils receive life from God too which energy they depend on daily.  Meditation is going to our source of energy, choosing from the infinite realm of possibilities, seeing our choice materialize in our mind's eye and feeling infinite gratitude for the finished work. Meditation puts us 'in' the Kingdom, the sacred, secret place of rest and is entirely stress free. Meditation offers amped up results to those who sincerely and simply enter into the practice and receive as little children.        Shall we . . .
