Leadership or Follower? This question may linger in your mind every now and then. Now more than ever you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself “am I a leader or a follower?” We say that now more than ever because humanity is looking for leaders during this crisis. This isn’t to say that only now is best, but people need somebody to look up to. This maybe your kids, siblings, parents, and neighbors. How are you handling yourself in front of your kiddos? Are they going to have a memory of mama and papa holding it together or falling apart? We can all be leaders whether at your church, your family, or online. In this episode with chose some attributes that make a great leader and also discuss what you should look out for when you lead.
