How can you recognize the differences between perfectionism and consistency? 

I would define consistency as being a B+ student. I decided to be a B+ student with my weight loss and that is when I started to see positive results. 

And this helped me to lose 80 pounds and keep it off with the following plan:

Intermittent fasting 6 days a week

Walking 6 miles a day

Cheat day on Sunday
