Why is nutrition and sleep just as important if not more than just exercise?

We sacrifice our health in order to make wealth, then we sacrifice our wealth in order to get back our health. - The Dalai Lama

For as long as he can remember, Founder of the Premier Fitness Center brand, Eupraxia, Dr. Steve Czys DC, CCWP, CSCS has been obsessed with health and human performance. He still has copies of the workouts he wrote when he was in grade 9!

After studying business and pre-med, Dr. Czys graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and went on to get his Doctorate from the prestigious Palmer College. While in college Dr. Czys played football, wrestled and traveled the country playing rugby. He also served for 6 years in the Army National Guard.

After college Dr. Czys moved back to La Crosse, WI and opened a private practice. He quickly learned that what the overwhelming majority of people needed to truly regain their health was a facility that showed them exactly how to eat and exercise. Dr Czys decided to solve that problem and opened Eupraxia which has quickly grown to 7 locations. Eupraxia is repeatedly voted the best health club and best weight loss center in the area.

Dr. Czys is the author of The Truth About Weight Loss: Blowing the Whistle on the Corrupt Industry that Massively Profits from the Overweight, Even from Kids.  He is a highly sought after speaker, having lectured to thousands of people across the country. He is an uncanny ability to take the confusing subjects of diet and exercise and making it easy for people to understand and most importantly apply.

Most importantly Dr. Czys is a husband and father of 2 kids. When he has free time Dr. Czys spends as much of it as possible outside working on his permaculture farm.
