Tom and Heron resume the discussion talking about fourteen months of missing history. Tom starts with the deconstruction of whether he does artificial life still having attended a conference with other people who claim to do artificial life (Tom mis-spoke, one of the artificial conferences is called GECCO). Tom asks about the passing of the dog in Heron's life. Tom talks about reading old magazines. (Tom mis-speaks - Hitler's architect is Albert Speer not Hess. The interview was with Speer.) Tom contrasts old media with new media. Heron talks about his standard recording format and they retell a story that had previously been censored from Stone Ape. Heron works through why Tom returns to a book and they explore why Heron needs a co-author. There is a brief digression into the bad section of town. They explore the spaces Heron has camped to find some interesting people. They restart the recording and discuss the notes and reviews for the show. Tom talks about exploring Timothy Leary's book collection. Tom concludes with the promise that fourteen months shouldn't pass before the next recording.
