This lesson is critical for your fitness success through faith. 

Today I’m going to teach a goal setting exercise that creates results that last. Before you think, I don't want to set goals, listen to this statistic, you are 42% more likely to reach your goal if it’s written down. 

Because we don’t want to do anything apart from God, we will be setting F.A.I.T.H. goals These are a play on SMART goals, but they have key differences that enables us far beyond our ability.
