These 9 swim, bike and run workouts are very effective, and I find myself going back to them time and time again. But since they're less well-known than your typical "6 x 3 minutes" or "20 minute tempo run", you've probably never heard of most of them, let alone used them in your training. Feel free to steal them and incorporate them into your program!
