Grief comes in many different situations and many of them have nothing to do with loosing a loved one. In todays interview I talk with the amazing Natalie Sammis about what it was like to have her oldest daughter Elise diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. She talks about how they discovered Elise was diabetic, what Elise's reaction was, and what the first year of dealing with this disease has been like for her, Elise, and other members of there family. Natalie also talks about how Heavenly Father has blessed her to develop her talents during this time and what a gift that has been in dealing with her grief. Natalie is an amazing example of faith, happiness, and enduring. She demonstrates that life doesn't stop with a less than optimal diagnosis and that great things still lie ahead. I have no doubt that Heavenly Father has great things in store for all of the Sammis family. Enjoy!
