We hear it all over the place, the well coined phrase "Mommy Wars". It refers to the battle moms these days find themselves in with one another. Why? Why does such a thing even exist?

People saying unkind things has existed since the dawn of humankind but in todays world where people can hide behind a screen and anonymity, the scale on which people are willing to tell others why they are wrong or that they don't know what they are talking about is at an all time high.

Today I talk about how we can put an end to the "Mommy Wars" and the role I feel we each play in it. I can promise you the answers I give are not what you may think they should be, but I hope you come away realizing that they really do have the ability to bring peace and support back to the journey we moms are all on.
