Everywhere you look nowadays, people are on their phones. Have you ever left home and discovered you didn’t have your phone and you felt panic well up inside you? We are addicted to them and all the apps that come with them.

Recently, President Russell M. Nelson asked the women of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to take a 10 day social media fast. I have linked to his entire address below. Today I share the insights I gained by taking this fast and the lessons I am taking forward as I have re-entered the digital world of social media.
