An epidemiologist by training, Ms. Nuzzo’s work focuses on international and domestic biosurveillance, situational awareness, and disease mitigation strategies. She also has worked on issues related to water security, public/private partnerships for public health preparedness, mass critical care, and hospital preparedness.
Ms. Nuzzo is Associate Editor of the peer-reviewed journal Biosecurity and Bioterrorism: Biodefense Strategy, Practice, and Science.
