  • What emotion are you trying to stuff down with food
  • Where you hold weight can reveal the underlying issues- I cover the stomach and hips
  • Close your eyes down and pay attention to where you hold weight. Do you feel any sensation?
  • Who would you be if you were to lose the weight?
