I would say to my 16-year-old self, "Everything's going to be okay. Everything that's happening, every struggle that you feel, every fear that you have, this is life happening for you. Not to you."

Because these things are happening, these things that are challenging you, are going to be the things that help you grow, the things that you learn from, the things that you overcome.

And through overcoming these struggles, you're going to step into your strength. And that strength is going to lead you to the most beautiful places. So have faith. Trust in you. Trust in this journey, and don't be afraid.

That's what I would say. Everything's going to be okay. Everything's going to be great. And I would say, you know what? You're not alone. You're not alone in feeling anxiety. You're not alone in feeling afraid. You're not alone in not feeling enough. Everyone in the world shares this universal fear -- that we're not enough. Or that we're going to fail. Or that we're going to not be loved.

We all have that fear. You're not alone. Everyone shares those bears with you. So don't be afraid or be afraid, but do it anyway. Believe in you because what's coming, what's ahead in your life, is extraordinary.

Being afraid -- that's just the universe saying take me on. I will deliver you to your promise land and everything great in your life. So don't be afraid or be afraid, but dance with your fear because it's taking you somewhere amazing.
