Some of the most successful people have insane routines: 4am wakeup calls, cold plunges, raw meat diets, or any other clinically insane practice. If it works for them and they have a ton of success, does it follow that the rest of us should be trying out their routines? Yeah, you already know the answer: fuck that shit. Sure, some successful people are intense about their daily tasks, but there are other just-as-successful people who wake up and live their lives normally. You won’t gain success from the specific actions you take, it’s a mentality and a process. If you want to take a cold plunge, that’s great. But let’s get one thing clear, the success you gain isn’t from making yourself uncomfortable.
