I have a relatively large amount of muscle for a female and overall I’m happy with my performance in the gym. But I’d feel more confident leaning out a bit. However, I don’t want to cut just to eventually gain it back. Knowing my body has a natural weight set point, is it possible to lower that set point? For example, if the set point is 125lb right now, could it ever become 120, so 120 is maintainable without biofeedback issues?
